Attending “Kyoto Valley for Manufacturing and Innovation—Prospects and Challenges for Ecosystem Construction”

Mitsuyo Yamamoto, President and CEO of the Company, and Rinto Nakahara, Director of the JOHNAN Innovation Lab Business, will attend the symposium of Kyoto Valley for Manufacturing and Innovation on November 20, 2018 at Kyoto University.

This symposium is one of several donation-funded lecture activities for the Research and Promotion of Kyoto Valley for Manufacturing and Innovation (JOHNAN) Seminar.

Mr. Mitsuyo Yamamoto will participate in a panel discussion, and Mr. Nakahara is due to present a practical report on the research being conducted together with Matsuno Laboratory of Kyoto University, with the aim of creating a world where humans and robots work together in harmony.

We will continue to promote industry-academia joint research and provide support for the social implementation of university achievements.
