Mitsuyo Yamamoto, our company’s President and CEO, will attend the 2nd holding of the “Workgroup for Kyoto-Born-and-Raised Ventures over a Century” of “Kyoto Valley for Manufacturing and Innovation.”

The 2nd term of the "Workgroup for Kyoto-Born-and-Raised Ventures over a Century," a donation-funded seminar on Research and Promotion of Kyoto Valley for Manufacturing and Innovation (JOHNAN), will be livestreamed on YouTube on Monday, July 20, 2020.

This time, Kumiko Nishio, a professor of the Modern Social Division of Kyoto Women's University, renowned as the leading researcher of Kyoto Hanamachi, will be invited to deliver a speech.
The theme，"Business Study on Kyoto Hanamachi," will reveal the eternal strength of Hanamachi from the perspective of the importance of balancing tradition and innovation. Mr. Yamamoto will participate in the discussion.

This symposium is one of the activities of the Research and Promotion of Kyoto Valley for Manufacturing and Innovation (JOHNAN) Seminar. We will continue to actively participate in this initiative and provide manufacturing services in Kyoto, a city combining tradition and innovation.
