There are 11 types of X-ray tubes, 6 types of reflective sealed tubes, 2 types of transmissive sealed tubes, 1 type of transmissive open tubes, and 2 types of reflective open tubes. You can choose from 15 types in combination.

The stage / housing will be mini-customized according to the customer’s purpose of use and the material, size, shape, weight, etc. of the sample.

High resolution inspection applications
  • ScanXmate-B series (using a transmissive sealed tube for the X-ray tube)
  • ScanXmate-C series (using a transmissive open tube for the X-ray tube)
For inspection of medium-sized samples and medium-density samples
  • ScanXmate-D series (using a reflective sealed tube for the X-ray tube)
For inspection of large samples and high-density samples
  • ScanXmate-E series (using a reflective open tube for the X-ray tube)

Difference between open pipe and sealed pipe

Open pipe
  • Suitable for high power and high output or high definition shooting
  • Can be used for a long time while exchanging consumables such as filaments and targets
Sealed tube
  • Low power but maintenance-free (no need to replace filaments) and can be used for a long time if used for suitable samples
