We are pleased to announce that we have agreed to merge our subsidiary Kansai Seiki Industries, Ltd., effective as of October 1, 2017.
Through this merger, we will further deepen our cooperative relationship and enhance the flexibility of our response and operational efficiency for the diversification of services as we promote further expansion and development of our group's business.
The business and services will be maintained and provided under the new organization, called Machinery & Healthcare Appliance Company. It will expand its business jointly with other JOHNAN corporate group.
